  • We stock a full range of both PU and EPS blanks. Additionally, if we don’t have what you want in stock we receive weekly deliveries from all the major foam manufacturers so we can quickly get what you need.

  • We require one week production time from the receipt of the blank. If you provide a blank, or use a blank we have in stock, your shape will normally be ready in one week. Please allow additional time for special order blanks, and note that manufacturing conditions are variable and we cannot guarantee production times.

  • 10’2” is the maximum length our machines can accommodate.

  • Our ability to address SUPs varies wildly by design - contact us for details.

  • Our online system is configured to accept Shape3D and/or Aku Shape files. Please contact us if you require assistance with other formats.

  • Our machines are the APS-3000 and APS Dino-D

  • We can easily accommodate 4’6” x 16” boards. Please contact us if you require assistance with a smaller board.

  • Boards come standard with bass wood. Plywood can generally be substituted without additional cost - please add a note with your order to request plywood. Many other woods are available, listed on the US Blanks website, though prices vary - please contact us for a quote.

  • Not currently.

  • No. But glass shops usually include fin boxes in the cost of service.

  • While lacking many design tools, Shape3D Lite offers everything you need to design a board, and the resulting file is identical to the paid version. You don’t need to upgrade from Shape3D Lite to get a great result.

  • Yes, we have various options for reproducing customer-designed boards. File creation prices start at $500, not including cut or blank. Inquire for details.

  • Due to the amount of machine noise in the shop, we prefer to communicate via email. In the event your questions require a phone call, send us an email and we can work out a time to call.

  • Out of professional respect to hard working shapers, we will not duplicate or reproduce existing designs.

  • Both wings and channels can be cut only to the capability of our large cutting disk. Our current configuration doesn’t accommodate router work.
